Do you have a bug to report? Be as descriptive as possible.

The game will not let me queue

The game would just continuously say 'Please Wait...' and not 'Play' instead. I've seen previous posts on the same matter and they said about logs, just wondering which one is it?

    Hello,

    Is this issue being experienced on game launch or when trying to load into a match or somewhere else?
    Can you please provide us with your PC’s specifications(RAM, video card, Windows version, etc).
    If possible, could you also please provide us with a DXDIAG log while the issue is occurring?
    You can follow these steps to obtain one:
    1. If you are running Windows 7 or higher, go to your TaskBar.
    2. Click on, “Start Button”.
    3. Click on, “Run”.
    4. In the pop-up window enter DxDiag and hit ok.
    5. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
    6. Click on, “Save all information”.
